Our highly-skilled team has a wealth of experience managing the delivery of some of Sydney’s most recognisable landmarks; from A-grade commercial office towers such as 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney and 1 Shelley Street, Sydney to major mixed-use projects such as King Street Wharf and the redevelopment of Royal Randwick Racecourse as well as many other Sydney CBD and metropolitan projects. The team behind Solutions Consulting Australia has an innate understanding of the complex requirements to deliver major projects and take a collaborative, hands-on approach to all its projects.
Andrew Steventon

With over 20 years in the design, tenant advisory, construction and development industries, Andrew has managed a range of stakeholders, including councils, building owners, clients, developers, contractors, financiers, consultants, lawyers, operators, contractors and many more. Andrew has a proven track record in on-time delivery, insisting on high quality finishes, safely delivered operations and strict budget management. At Solutions Consulting Australia, Andrew is currently working with AMP Services, CIMIC Group and Charter Hall, amongst others. Andrew’s experience extends across all stages of the development lifecycle, including project design, construction and facilities management. He has worked on small and large projects across a range of asset classes, including commercial, residential, recreational and retail.
Hutch Bykerk

Hutch has a strong track record of overseeing and delivering all aspects of a project’s life cycle, including managing major multiple projects simultaneously, as well as large-scale development projects. Hutch is known for always exceeding client expectations and project deliverables. He thrives in a team environment and is motivated, highly skilled, driven, reliable, hard-working and highly experienced.
Daniel Elgawly

His experience spans a broad range of projects across multiple industry sectors, including hospitality, commercial, government and education. Clients include Lendlease, The Star, The University of Sydney, Leighton Properties, NSW Attorney General, Department of Justice and Qantas Airways. Daniel brings a diverse range of technical and managerial skill sets to projects. His background in architecture and project management has enabled him to hone a keen eye for detail. Daniel specialises in scope and brief development, design management, tendering, administration of design and construction projects and multi-stakeholder co-ordination and management.
Thomas Lay

Thomas is a qualified architect and holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce, majoring in business strategy. With prior experience in senior roles at APP Corporation and commercial and boutique residential development offices, Thomas specialises in combining commercial acumen with a comprehensive technical knowledge of the property development process. Thomas has a proven record in developing strategic directions, building successful collaborative teams and driving value-added project outcomes on multiple award-winning projects, on time and on budget.
Gary Singh
